Aa (activities and accomplishents)

Here is just some of what we have been up to lately:

Mama was tired of the TV one day so we pulled out the playdoh...
and E learned how to stack cups. Both activities took up a grand total of 30 minutes. I need more ideas and motivation to stimulate this bright girl of ours.

E and Ms Tara at the end of preschool party.
E and her classmates (video below)
some of the activities E did in school this year
B can hold her head up now really well...which means she is big enough for the Bumbo. She can sit in her chair twice as long as what her sister could stand (but then we already know she is more patient than E). We are pretty sure she likes her new perspective. Look at that neck roll! At least I know she's eating enough (She's somewhere around 14 lbs now).
Those cute stripes may look like pants but really they are my first attempt at making my own leg warmers. They keep baby warm while saving the hassle of removing pants for every diaper change. J and I keep alternating between singing "Fame", "She's a maniac" and "Let's get physical" to her anytime she is wearing them. Free entertainment, right?
Random purchase of the week: Jean Diapers: B won't be able to wear them for awhile (3 was the smallest they had) but I thought they were too adorable to pass up.
Church picnic with cousins where E got to experience a myriad of new and fun, energy-getting-out activities such as tug of war...
hula hooping
sack racing (amazingly she didn't fall- a small miracle since she is balance challenged)
and water balloon tossing. We ate good food, watched some guys fly their kites at least 500 feet upwards and had a cookie/brownie contest where J placed 2nd!
